Clear aligner treatment time depends on the complexity of your case... how much your teeth need to move. The average Simple case takes 3-6 months, more than twice as fast as the other guys. We're able to achieve this with our aligner technology and Simple-doctor-patient process.

First, we'll send you over to a local doctor who will make sure your mouth is healthy and do a 3D scan of your teeth. With that 3D scan we can start designing a series of treatment steps to gently nudge the teeth in place. Then we'll build a pair of clear aligners that matches up with each step of your treatment, for example, if your treatment is 8 steps, then we'll build you 8 pairs of aligners. You'll wear each step 24 hours a day for 7-10 days before moving to the next step. Each step carefully pushes and pulls certain teeth over the span of the week until everything is straightened out.

You need to wear your aligners 24 hours a day, taking them out only to eat and drink (except water). The aligners are very thin and you should barely know they are there after the first couple of days.

For sure, we'll just need you to connect us with your doctor to integrate our systems.

We partner with local doctors all over the United States and Canada, adding more locations every week. Reach out to get scheduled near you.

The fundamentals between Simple and traditional braces is essentially the same: gently pulling and pushing the teeth into place. The difference is that instead of having metal wires on your teeth, Simple is invisible. Traditional braces also require you to visit your doctor every couple of weeks for the doctor to manually adjust the wires, while Simple has you visit the doctor only a few times throughout your entire treatment to make sure everything is progressing well.

Yep. When you are ready to start your treatment you can pay with card or you can apply for financing. Our financing is typically done with our partners at Ally over 24 months.
